Served by Colleen, amazing service and nice food

Jaimy was such a sweetheart! We went there to celebrate my birthday and she was wonderful, very friendly and positive vibe. The food was great, the atmosphere was amazing! We loved everything, definitely will go back!

We went for the first time on a whim last night. First off, our server was great. (I sadly don't remember her name). The ambiance of this location is wonderful (Sadly, the patio looks woeful as the setting is just not good and the barriers are low-that sad, we weren't there for the patio n this cold). 3 things that prevented a 5 star review, cause this location could be the perfect alternate to the Keg. 1) No live music. You want separate yourself from the Keg and other steakhouses? Take a page out of the legendary London Chop House in Detroit. Live Jazz makes a HUGE difference for ambience. 2) we were slightly put out by not having a reservation. I might suggest putting less emphasis on this as the first thing your hostesses say to guests. A simple welcome and thank you for choosing us, and then go into the reservation question, but present no reservation as a "No problem, we're happy to have you." 3) I had the Rib Eye.....No fat. I think perhaps you're using Australian beef? I find their beef from down under to be super lean. Not a ton of fat flavoring. I've Australian Wagu before so I know marbling can happen from those sources, but I just my steak lacking in flavor due to lack of fat on the cut and zero marbling. I might be nit-picking here, but I'd love an alternative to the Keg that gives me more and differentiates itself from the competition. In Oshawa, live Jazz/soul music will be that difference. I sincerely hope you explore this. (And pay them properly!)

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. The steaks were cooked perfectly — juicy, flavorful, and exactly as ordered. You can really tell they care about quality and presentation. The sides and drinks were just as impressive, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. If you’re looking for a spot in Oshawa that delivers top-tier food, great service, and a memorable dining experience, this is definitely the place. Highly recommend — I’ll absolutely be back!

My husband and I visited for the first time on my birthday yesterday. We were both very impressed by the service, food and warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our server Marcus was very friendly and made great menu recommendations. The overall service and experience was wonderful. I would highly recommend this place.

GF took me out for my birthday here. Never been here before and when I walked in I was impressed. Amazing atmosphere and classy. I ordered the braised beef with parsnip puree and asparagus and the gf ordered pan seared chicken with veggies. Both dishes were delicious. The braised beef was mouth melting. No knife needed. Chicken was cooked perfect with the right amount of spices to keep you wanting more. Would I come back here? Most definitely!!! Found my new fine dinning spot. See you soon!

First time at this steakhouse. I have a hard time ordering steak while I’m out because I am usually disappointed. My home cooked steak is really good. This place cooked my ribeye absolutely perfect and the quality of the meat was very very good. Soooo tender. Even the sides were awesome. The charred Brussels sprouts with the veggies were awesome. Colleen our server is an absolute gem. Polite and easy to talk to. She went above and beyond. 100 percent will be back and soon too.

First and foremost I would like to bring attention to one of the staff, Jaimy, who went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable meal. We started with an appetizer, moved on to our entrees, and thanks to Jaimy's strong customer service skills, amazing personality and perfect attitude we ended with one of the best dining experiences we have had in years. Food was amazing . Atmosphere was romantic and calm with dim lighting. Wait staff was kind funny and enjoyable. Couldn’t decide on desert so I ordered 3 😍♥️

This was our first time at Wildfire Steak house and it wont be our last. From the moment we came in the service was incredible. Our server Colleen was fantastic. She made us feel right at home. . The food was amazing, perfectly done. We highly recommend this little gem.
