The best meal I've had in years.. Jamy was amazing and the owner Jody was so kind to talk with us.. we will be back.. better than other big brand steak houses.. ty

We went to celebrate our 33rd Anniversary. Had a great server…Shawn. He was even training at the time. Very pleasant, attentive and explained all specials well. We had the calamari fritti as an appetizer. We split the grilled Caesar salad, it was Hugh, so glad we did. My husband had filet and I had the maple bacon salmon. You have your choice of sides in most cases and finished with a piece of carrot cake with a sparkler in recognition of our Anniversay. Overall a nice experience.

Shawn was an excellent server. Friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining. Food was excellent as always but I miss the butters!!

The service was quite pleasant and orderly. My friend had a few mishaps with her order, but over-all it was a good experience! My first time here and the food was delicious, the service worth the price of admission lol.

Jaimy was our server and she was awesome. Friendly, professional and always made sure we had what we wanted. I think we were very lucky to have her…as is Wildfire. Our meal was good.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary this evening at Wildfire Steakhouse. Normally we go to the Keg but decided to try something different and so glad we did! Absolutely wonderful service. Food was delicious! Highly recommend

We had talked about trying this establishment many times but with covid etc it took a while. My mom was particularly interested and kept suggesting going there so I finally made a point of making a call to inquire about a reservation. We showed up at the correct time but the place was essentially empty. However I’m sure staffing might have been the issue about us reserving. Although there seemed like plenty of bodies working there yesterday. We were offered a table and the waiter, a middle aged, shaggy, salt and pepper haired man, who came by after a couple of minutes. If he said his name I missed it. He was really off putting as he was not very friendly or warm. He asked if we wanted wine but we just wanted water so he took our empty wine glasses away and the bread plates that were already at the table which we found odd but whatever… He came back to take our order still not friendly at all. He came with our dinners after a time and put them down and walked away. Other staff had come and filled our water glasses over the time we were there so we had attention from staff. The waiter though did not check on us. We ordered NY Steaks and the twice baked potatoes. The steak was cooked to our specifications and the potatoes, which were very large were outstanding! The veg was perfect as well. As we ate closer into the centre of the potatoes we realized they were not hot inside, actually they were quite cold. So we flagged down a (female) server and she apologized and put them on a separate plate she had grabbed and took them away to be heated. After about ten minutes or more the potatoes were brought back by our original waiter. He went to put them down as they were still or again on the side plates. He said they were hot, as if to warn us not to burn ourselves. So instead of putting the plates down he kind of chucked the potatoes onto our original dinner plates from the plates in his hands. It was most awkward and bizarre. I saw the woman at the table next to us watching this all unfold and after the waiter walked away again we locked eyes and burst into laughter. It was comical really. When we were finished our meal the waiter came and asked if we wanted dessert but we declined. When he brought our bill he kind of threw it on the table in a receipt folder. I felt like he was mad, not specifically at us but in general. I feel confident that we had not been the source because our interaction had been so brief and limited as the other waitress had assisted in serving us. Anyway, the dinner was really delicious and other than the weird waiter, the dinner was a worthwhile experience. I would go back but if that waiter was there I would ask for someone else. I know staffing is an issue for a lot of places but I think this guy is unsuited for the task. UPDATE Went back a second time and had a different waiter. This time we had Shawn and he was AMAZING! Personable, funny, and prompt. What a difference! The food was equally delish this time but the atmosphere was a huge improvement on the enjoyment of our visit.

We were served by George and he was very attentive. Food was a but pricey but you can tell why. The food was amazing. We cleaned our plates.
